Sam T. Luetters has spent fifteen years building and scaling revenue organizations across ecommerce, consumer hardware, and logistics, from high growth startups to a global top 100 retailer. He has run global sales teams, owned the number through hypergrowth and through hard years, and sat in the seat his clients sit in: accountable for revenue, staring at a stack of tools that promised more than they delivered.
St Lue exists because of what he watched happen when AI arrived in those rooms. The companies that bought fastest did not improve fastest. The companies that changed how they operated did. He built St Lue Consulting, and the Organic Intelligence practice, to close that gap for owners and operators: evolving teams, processes, and infrastructure in lockstep with the technology, so AI compounds instead of drains.
He is an alumnus of Gettysburg College, Boston University, and Harvard Business School, and lives in Fairfield County, Connecticut with his wife and two sons.
